Swap guidelines

The club's house rules. Short, sweet, important.

Be kind

• Everyone's style and skill level is welcome. No judging, only cheering.
• Keep messages friendly and respectful. No harassment, hate, or anything you wouldn't want your grandma to read.

Mail on time

• Once you accept a match, mail your swap by the season's mail-by date.
• Running late? Email your penpal (and Kylie). A quick heads-up is always fine.
• If you don't mail and don't say anything, you may not be matched in future seasons.

Keep it safe

• Only share your mailing address after you've both accepted the match. Never post anyone's address publicly.
• Don't send anything dangerous, perishable, valuable, or illegal. Check your penpal's "please avoid" list (glitter, scents, allergies).
• Something feel off? Tell Kylie right away, and you can be unmatched.

Share with permission

• Only post your own work on the gallery wall. If you show something a penpal made you, credit them and ask first.

Who can join

• Members must be 18 or older and live in the US (for now!).
